Can I really have unlimited tasks?

Absolutely, you can give our WP Experts as many tasks as you need. We tackle them one at a time, moving on to the next as soon as we’re done with the current one.

We like to keep things fair and, happily, our monthly clients feel the same way. We handle a reasonable number of tasks for each client, and we’ll give you a heads-up if it seems like things are getting a bit too much.

What kinds of websites do you help with?

Right now, our whole focus is on supporting WordPress websites of every kind—whether it’s a personal blog, a small business site, large-scale projects, membership platforms, WooCommerce/eCommerce sites, or eLearning setups. Our team brings over a decade of programming experience to the table, and we’re skilled in working with and enhancing all types of WordPress websites.

How do I request work and get updates on work in progress?

You’re welcome to use our project management tool, Asana. It’s super user-friendly and customizable to fit your needs. Just submit your WordPress tasks through Asana, and we’ll handle all the communication, updates, and notifications right there. Want to see how it works? Check out our demo. What happens if I’m not satisfied with the completed task?

No worries at all! We’re here to make sure you’re fully satisfied with our work. If there’s something you’re not happy with, we’ll keep at it until you are. Just a heads up, though—there might be a few tech tasks that are beyond what our team can handle. If we come across something like that, we’ll give you a heads up right away to avoid wasting any time.

I have multiple clients and tasks, how does that work?

We’re here to help you manage multiple clients and tasks smoothly. You can use our project management tool to organize tasks for different clients and set their priority. Our team will then follow your setup and provide daily updates.

If you already have a project management system in place, no worries! Our project manager can seamlessly integrate with your existing systems and workflows to help manage your clients and their tasks efficiently.

What information do you need from me once I sign up?

When you sign up, we’ll ask for administrator access to your website and hosting—sometimes this is through your cPanel. We need this info to work on your site effectively. Security is a top priority for us. We encrypt all login details just before they reach our server and then swiftly move them to our secure, encrypted internal password system. This means your login details are as safe as possible with us.

If you’d rather give us your login details over the phone, that’s completely fine too. Just drop us a line at, and we’ll take care of it your way.

How long does it take to complete a task?

We get to work quickly and aim to complete tasks as fast as possible—usually within about 24 hours. If you send us work over the weekend, we’ll generally wrap it up by Monday. However, if it’s urgent, we’ll make sure to take care of it sooner.

Can you do a re-design of our website? What about custom development?

Yes, we can definitely handle larger projects and redesigns! We recommend starting with one of our plans and then getting in touch to discuss your specific needs. After we chat, you can upgrade your plan or buy extra support in blocks at discounted rates to get your project done. Any time you don’t use will stay in your account for up to three months after your project is finished, just in case you need additional work, small fixes, or further support.

Do you offer phone support?

Yes, we do offer that. You can schedule a call anytime with your dedicated Project Manager to go over any tasks or projects you have in mind. We use Google Meet for both voice and video conferencing, making it easy to connect and discuss everything in detail.

Do you offer refunds if I don’t like the service?

Because our services are quite unique, we don’t provide refunds. But, we are committed to your satisfaction with our “100% Satisfaction Guarantee.” If you’re not happy with our work during the first 30 days, just tell us. To make it up to you, we’ll extend your service for an extra month at no extra cost.
