We take great care to ensure that everything is compatible before updating plugins, themes, or WordPress core software, but sometimes things don’t go as planned and things can break after an update. If that happens, don’t worry! We’ll spend up to an hour trying to fix the problem for you. And if we can’t get the latest version of the theme or plugin to work properly on your site, we’ll simply roll back the update to the most recent stable version, and give you a recommendation for how to move forward and resolve the issue.
